The prices are to be understood including water-, electricity and heating costs, as well as WLAN and 1 change of the laundry equipment (bed linen, towels, shower mat, kitchen towels). Additional change of linen is possible for an
extra charge (25 euro). The laundry is changed weekly when you're staying longer. (does not apply to long-term rentals - special conditions apply here.)
- Deckchairs and parasols are available on the sunbathing lawn.
- You have free WLAN excess in all apartments
- 1 parking space per apartment in the underground garage (additional parking 10 euro/day)
- Parking for bicycles is available
- we offer a bread roll service that delivers fresh rolls and baked goods every morning (approx. 6 a.m.)
- There is a fridge for cold drinks (beer, wine, fruit juices, liqueurs, soft drinks) and you can buy jams and honey.
- In Völlan (a few minutes walk away) there are a supermarket, a small bakery, a well-known butcher's shop and some good restaurants.
- In Lana - 5 minutes by car - there are many shopping possibilities.
- Every guest receives the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which entitles them to use all public transport (public buses, regional trains, and public cable cars) throughout South Tyrol during the guests stay in the company.

Means of payment and terms of payment , terms of cancellation:
Deposit: At reservation we ask for a deposit of 250 euro per apartment.

Reason for payment:
Deposit for reservation - name and number of apartment, date of arrival and departure + name of guest.
As soon as the deposit amount has been received on our bank account, you will receive the bill.
Cancellation conditions:
Please inform us as early as possible if you have to cancel your holiday. Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival will not incur any cancellation fees. For cancellations less than 30 days and more than 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the booking amount. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booking amount. (in the sense of the Italian Civil Code Art. 1385)
